Please note, we ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS.
All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days upon receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to call and pay for the shipping back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 business days, it will be donated to charity. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping costs, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Returnable Items: Product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged (no rips, no stains, no tears), and original tags MUST still be attached. Products must be free of ALL stains and smells, including but not limited to any makeup marks, deodorant marks, perfume, and smoke of any kind.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back.
Steps to Return Items:
1. Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
2. Make sure to create a customer account. Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs.) We also recommend getting a tracking number!
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 business days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. Please DO NOT just send it back. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and a description of the damage. We will respond with further instructions.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed and for you to receive your store credit. You will be emailed once your store credit is issued.
Clearance or Final Sale:
All Items with CLEARANCE/SALE in the name are FINAL Sale items. DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS: JEWELRY, EARRINGS, SCARVES, LEGGINGS, YOGA PANTS, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, BRAS, BANDEAUS, HAIR ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HATS AND BEANIES) SOCKS AND EYEWEAR. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.
Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable: Clearance Items. Final Sale Items such as, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, Leggings/yoga pants, jewelry, earrings, hair accessories/hats/beanies, swimwear, undergarments, socks, scarves, and eyewear. Due to hygiene purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items.
COUPON CODE PURCHASES: Any full priced items purchased with a coupon code are available to return for store credit. Any sale/final sale items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL sale. No returns, no exchanges.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Orders placed on or between Nov 21st and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 15th. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.
